What We'll Make Right

  • ✅ Manufacturing defects — your item arrived damaged or with a flaw
  • ✅ Incorrect items — you received something different from what you ordered

What Isn't Covered

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Size-related issues on print-on-demand items (please check our sizing guide before ordering)

Because our items are made-to-order through print-on-demand production partners, we are unable to accept standard returns for preference or change of mind. Each piece is crafted specifically for your order, which means we cannot resell or restock returned items.

You have 30 days from your delivery date to contact us about a manufacturing defect or incorrect item. After that window, we may not be able to process a replacement or refund.

Starting a Return

  1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue
  2. We'll review your case and respond within 2 business days
  3. If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund
