How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, review the cart, and click checkout. You can pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, or Apple Pay through our Shopify-powered checkout.

Can I edit or cancel an order after placing it?

We start preparing orders quickly, so changes need to happen fast. Reach out through our contact page within a few hours of ordering and we will do our best to update or cancel before fulfillment begins.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Many of our items ship in clean, gift-ready packaging. For a personal note, leave a message in the order notes field at checkout — we will include it on the packing slip when possible.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All checkout pages are served over HTTPS, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant partners. We never see or store your full card number.

How long does shipping take?

Print-on-demand items (apparel and custom pieces) ship in 7–14 business days. Standard dropship items (jewelry, home decor, books) take 15–30 business days. Full details live on our Shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by country, and customs processing may add a few extra days.

Will I get a tracking number?

Once your order ships, Shopify sends a tracking email with the carrier and tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within the expected window.

My package is delayed or missing — what should I do?

First, double-check the tracking link. If it has not moved for several business days past the estimate, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for manufacturing defects and incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Because most items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. The full policy is on our Returns page.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Contact us within 30 days through our contact page with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers typically take 5–10 business days to post the funds.

Are your products handmade?

Our catalog is a mix of handmade and ethically sourced pieces from artisan partners and trusted suppliers. Each product page describes how that item is made.

How do I choose the right apparel size?

Each apparel product page includes a sizing chart with chest, length, and shoulder measurements. Print-on-demand items cannot be exchanged for size, so please measure carefully before ordering.

Are jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?

Most of our jewelry uses hypoallergenic materials such as stainless steel, sterling silver, or surgical-grade alloys. Material details are listed on each product page.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We photograph and color-correct as accurately as we can, but minor variation is normal between screens, batches, and natural materials. Each piece is a little one-of-a-kind.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders and reorder favorites.

How do I subscribe to (or unsubscribe from) the newsletter?

Sign up using the form in the footer or at checkout. Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link in the footer — one click is all it takes.
