How do I personalize my item?
When you add a personalizable item to your cart, you'll see a text field where you can enter your custom text (usually a name or short phrase). Make sure to double-check your spelling before placing your order, as personalized items cannot be changed once production begins.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly! You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@jesusloves.shop. After that, the order may already be in production.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Are your products made in the USA?
Many of our products are designed in the USA and produced by carefully selected partners who share our values of quality and craftsmanship. Each product page indicates the country of origin.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 5-7 business days. Personalized items require an additional 2-3 business days for customization before shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. No coupon code needed - the discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and email.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-personalized items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Returns page for full details.
Can I return personalized items?
Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made an error in the customization. We always recommend double-checking your personalization text before ordering.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Product Care
How do I care for my leather Bible cover?
Keep your leather Bible cover away from direct sunlight and heat. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a leather conditioner. Avoid getting it wet.
Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?
For best results and longevity of the design, we recommend hand washing our tumblers. They are double-walled and vacuum insulated to keep drinks hot or cold for hours.
How should I wash my apparel?
Turn garments inside out before washing. Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the printed design.
